Integrate Google Calendar to Notion with Unito

Unito is an automated 2-way integration tool that can sync work items between apps. This is a step-by-step guide that will show you how to integrate Google Calendar with Notion.

  1. If you do not yet have a Unito account, visit unito.io, select Try it Free, and follow the instructions. If you already have a Unito account, go to step 2.

When you first log-in to your Unito account, you’ll see the Welcome to Unito’s quick-start walkthrough page.
  1. Select Start here beside Connect your tools. Then, choose Google Calendar and Notion to your flow from the pull-down menus. Follow the on-screen instructions for each.
  2. Now, Set your flow’s direction from Notion to Google Calendar. This tells Unito to create new calendar events based on activity in Notion.
  3. Next Choose the tasks you want to sync and select rules for your integration. Your rules let you apply triggers that Unito can identify. For example, if you select the created by field, you’d tell Unito to only create Google Calendar events based on pages created by a specific person or people.
  4. Time to Specify what information flows between tasks to customize the field mappings Unito syncs when it links Notion and Google Calendar. This is where you can tell Unito what details from each Notion Page should appear in the new Google Calendar events.
  5. Finally, you can Launch your flow. Your integration settings will be saved and a link will be created between Notion and Google Calendar.
