How do you count active users?

An active user is anyone who, in the last 30 days, has collaborated on a task that Unito is syncing. Unito bills you on a plan that is based on the number of active users over the last 30 days, so if your teams or projects change, your pricing plan will update to reflect that. Individuals are only counted once no matter how many projects or tools they work with. If you have any more questions let us know and we’ll be happy to help. How do you count auto-syncs?

A sync links together two projects, boards or folders. It defines exactly which and how tasks should synchronize between those projects. A sync can run manually at the click of a button, or automatically in the background (every few minutes or live if you have that feature). You can create any number of manual syncs, but your plans determines how many automatic syncs you can have. To be clear, we count actual syncs, not individual projects, boards or folders. If you sync two projects together, that just counts as one sync.

What are my payment options?

All payments for the Personal, Team, Business, Business 2X and Business 4X plans are made via credit card. We can issue invoices with alternate payment methods for Enterprise accounts, please contact us for more details regarding this.
