Yes. Both HubSpot deals and tickets can sync with Jira issues. Each uses a separate flow with its own field mapping and filters.
Unito supports Jira Data Center and Jira Server as well as Jira Cloud. Your self-hosted instance must be reachable over HTTPS, either through a firewall port, a reverse proxy or an on-premise agent. Note that self-hosted Jira is a premium integration on Enterprise plans.
Bidirectional. Deal stage, ticket priority, task status and Jira issue status sync two-way, and you set flow direction and per-field direction separately. Sync speed depends on webhook support, and not every plan includes live syncing.
Yes. HubSpot custom fields (number, dropdown, date, text and more) map to Jira custom fields by type, and most can fall back to a text field. Each mapping is one-way or two-way on its own, though some fields are forced one-way by tool limits.
Yes to filtering: rules limit a flow to items matching tags, assignees, statuses or custom field values, and every condition must match. A flow covers one Jira project by default; syncing several projects in one flow needs Unito sales.
Yes. Comments and attachments sync between HubSpot and Jira. For most connectors only new comments carry over, not edits to earlier ones. Synced comments post under the flow builder’s account by default, with the original commenter’s name shown in the comment.
