Initiative Brief Template

When you need to lead an initiative, you need to make sure everyone is on the same page from the start. Before starting work on your initiative, you can create a task with this template and tag the people who’ll be responsible for each stage of the initiative. Check out the tips section for some of the things you can do to get the most out of this brief.

Tips

  • This task can greatly benefit from mentions if your work management tool allows it. Mention people who are responsible for making this initiative happen, stakeholders, your boss, go wild
  • Tags and labels can be helpful here, if your tool allows for them. Use tags to mark the kind of initiative this is, the overall project it’s a part of, the teams involved, etc.
